Returns & Exchanges
All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order has been shipped, which includes the tracking number. Please use the links provided via our carrier notification to track your order
For orders in the US and Canada, we aim to get your package sent out within 3 business days. This is subject to change during busier times. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays and public holidays.
For orders within the EU, we aim to have your package shipped to you within 3-5 business days. This is subject to change during busier times. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays and public holidays.
